Offshore LLC. We are a factory trained and authorized dealer for everything
that we sell both online and in our PADI & NAUI platinum dive shop.
Regardless of who you purchase your scuba gear from make SURE that they are an
authorized dealer. Otherwise you will NOT have a factory warranty and you will
NOT get product safety updates from the manufacturer. There is no way that the manufacturer would know who has purchased their products unless the products have been distributed from a
factory authorized dealer. All purchases from us are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

For our customers to make purchases SAFELY and SMART we have listed the factory websites for which we distribute scuba gear &
provide diving instruction. For the websites not showing a dealer locater call
the manufacturer for dealer verification.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, return the UNUSED, undamaged item, along with its original product packaging, warranty cards and product tags (if applicable) within 30 days from date of purchase for a credit less shipping, handling and insurance charges.
All returns must have prior approval and an RA#.
We do not do cash refunds only
exchanges.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Should you receive an item that does not fit we will promptly exchange it for another size, model or style. We have many different brands and models to choose from. We will also gladly special order an alternate product for you should your needs require.
Return the unused, undamaged item, along with its original product packaging, warranty cards and product tags (if applicable) within 30 days from date of purchase. We will pay normal transportation charges to send the replacement back to you. (Rush/Priority handling and Express/Air shipping are subject to additional fees.)
How do I return a product?:
Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) -
Phone 1-912-756-5260 Then carefully package the item(s) you are sending back.
Include a copy of your invoice inside the package.
Clearly mark the RA# on outside of the package and send it (prepaid and insured) to:

Please note! No packages will be accepted without a valid RA# on the outside of the box. Merchandise returned without
prior authorization will be refused, and the carrier may charge you freight in both directions.
All returns and exchanges must include the original product packaging, warranty cards and product tags (if applicable). Used, abused or otherwise damaged equipment is not eligible for return and may void the manufacturer's warranty. Items returned that are not in mint, as new condition are subject to a restocking and handling fee. Custom and special order items may not be eligible for return/refunds.
WETSUIT RETURNS:
Within 30 days of purchase, exchanges for correct size on wetsuits
are absolutely no problem as we want you to be happy from your purchase with us.
However, be sure to try on your new wetsuit product(s) in a clean, dry place,
free from pet hair and dirt. Save the box, bags and do not remove the tags just
in case you need to exchange the product. Carefully send the wetsuit
back to us and we will promptly exchange it for the correct size for you. Custom size XCEL wetsuits are also available at an additional
charge of $75.00. Once a wetsuit has been used (gotten wet) we can not accept a
return and hope you understand the reasons why. So make sure your wetsuit fits
BEFORE you go into the water.
